The CKP Exam is based upon the KPA’s Paralegal Professional Standards of Conduct, the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct and general principles of business and legal ethical conduct, and offered to eligible paralegals seeking CKP status. The exam is administered a minimum of two times annually and is held two times each year. Eligibility and ongoing certification requirements are set out in the Kentucky Paralegal Association's Professional Standards and Certification Program Policy.
